Any cub aged between 8 and 10.5 on 1st June 2019
This includes Beavers who will be of age when we travel but please remember they will be new to the section and away from home in a foreign country for 4 days.
The total amount of the trip is £350 per person.
A £50 Deposit must be paid by 12th October 2018.
The remainder must be paid in monthly payments of £50 or more.
Once you have registered, you need to ensure that your contact information on online scout manager is up to date.

Coaches will be leaving Rough Close Campsite on 29th May 2019 and travelling via the ferry to Calais.
Timings will be confirmed closer to the trip.

The trip has been organised by Coventry Scout County who are using an organised company called Jeka, Jeka use Premiere Classe Hotels all with en-suite rooms.
Cubs will share a room between 4 people and Leaders will be in rooms nearby.
Day 1 - Travel from Coventry to Paris
Day 2 - Park 1 & studio tour
Day 3 - Park 2
Day 4 - Travel from Paris to Coventry
Day 5 - Relax at home!
Pick up will be from Rough Close Scout Campsite on 1st June 2019.
Timings will be confirmed closer to the time.
Jeka and Coventry county have informed us of some items which are strictly not allowed on the trip, whilst some of the items may seem odd to be banned, we assure you there are valid reasons:

Leaders and cubs will be very busy during the trip, having an amazing time. Please only contact us if it is absolutely necessary.

During our time on the trip there will be an 'inTouch' system in place whereby there is a single point of contact based in the UK who will work between parents and leaders to relay information and messages. Information regarding this will be sent out nearer to the trip.
The trip is being organised by Coventry Scout County but each group will be looked after by their leader.
Jordan will be accompanying the Cubs on this trip but we will spend most of our time linked with another group.
There are both female and male leaders on the trip.
